Those lucky enough to live along the water in Lemoine Point have some of the most stunning views of Lake Ontario. On hazy summer days, the azure of the lake bears a striking resemblance to the Mediterranean. During the cold winter months the ice collects in the shallow bay to form mini icebergs. The most popular feature of this waterfront neighbourhood is the Lemoine Point Conservation Area. With 11 kilometers of trails and bike paths, this little oasis is accessible year-round.
