Christine Silveira, CD  is an official award bestowed upon members of the Canadian Armed Forces for 12 years of exemplary military service and good conduct. 

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Christine brings exceptional negotiation skills, strategic insight, and a client-focused approach to every real estate transaction. Recognized throughout her career for building strong client relationships, she has earned multiple awards for service excellence and is known for her ability to build trust, deliver results, and guide clients confidently through every stage of the buying and selling process.

 As a real estate investor herself, Christine understands both the financial and practical realities of property ownership. As the spouse of a currently serving military member, she also has firsthand experience with the unique challenges of relocation, timing, and finding the right place to call home.

Born and raised in Toronto, Christine graduated from the University of Western Ontario before embarking on a successful career in financial services. In 2007, she and her husband relocated to Kingston and quickly fell in love with the city and its vibrant community. Today, she is affectionately known among friends and family outside the region as an unofficial Kingston ambassador for Kingston, enthusiastically sharing all that the city has to offer.   Beyond real estate, Christine is actively involved in Kingston's arts community and volunteers as a metalsmithing instructor with the Kingston Lapidary and Mineral Club. She is also an avid traveller, enjoys home design and renovation, and is an fervent enthusiastic Formula 1 fan.
